Restore purchases
On a new device, open Settings in the game and tap "Restore Purchases" (after the grown-up question). Purchases are linked to your Apple Account.
Gift codes from school
In the game open Settings → "Redeem Code" (or the Code button in Word Packs), answer the grown-up question and type the code. Each code works once.
Language
Settings → Language changes the menus and the word translations. The words you learn are always English.
Reminders
The daily reminder is off by default. Turn it on or off in Settings → Notifications.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Schools
Teachers can ask for one-time gift codes for their class. Write to us with the school name and the number of students.

Satın alımları geri yükleme
Yeni bir cihazda oyunda Ayarlar'ı açın ve (ebeveyn sorusundan sonra) "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle"ye dokunun. Satın alımlar Apple Hesabınıza bağlıdır.
Okuldan gelen hediye kodları
Oyunda Ayarlar → "Kod Kullan"ı (ya da Kelime Paketleri'ndeki Kod butonunu) açın, ebeveyn sorusunu cevaplayın ve kodu yazın. Her kod bir kez kullanılabilir.
Dil
Ayarlar → Dil, menüleri ve kelime çevirilerini değiştirir. Öğrenilen kelimeler her zaman İngilizcedir.
Hatırlatmalar
Günlük hatırlatma varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den açıp kapatabilirsiniz.
İadeler
Satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapılır. İade talebini reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden iletebilirsiniz.
Okullar
Öğretmenler sınıfları için tek kullanımlık hediye kodu isteyebilir. Okul adı ve öğrenci sayısıyla bize yazın.
